Our goal is to address needs and crucial challenges that get in the way of our customers’ success. We are a data-centered team where research provides the “why” standing behind the data. Take responsibility for speeding up the verification and development of features and products
Set-up and conduct end-to-end customer journeys and product experiments including data analysis and visualization.
Talk to customers, gather insights and test different solutions with them.
Become a member of a Data & Research team and you’ll be working closely with product teams in order to help them understand customers, problems they have and, create better products.
Be working with other UX Researchers and Product Specialists you will be in the constant cross-product project loop, knowledge sharing with ability to get guidance from more experienced colleagues.
Creating research materials and project’s documentation: from recruiting participants to drafting questionnaires and discussion guides.
Source and prioritize teams’ research needs and advise on applicable methodologies.
Co-organize regular meetings and events promoting UX research and data driven organization culture.
An analytical thinker and can synthesize and communicate ideas.
Naturally curious and passionate to connect the dots to discover hidden patterns.
Able to lead a research process by yourself, from identifying an exploration area, through planning and getting a product team involved, to drawing conclusions and suggesting prioritized solutions.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Experience in conducting remote research sessions and usability tests with B2B customers in English – both before and after the solution was released.
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods and synthesizing gathered data into solutions recommendations.
Ability to build stories with data, articulate thoughts in a concise and engaging way, express complex concepts in understandable manner.
A can-do attitude.
Basic understanding of software development process.
Nice to have: familiarity with event based analytics like Amplitude, Heap etc.

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
