We’re a bunch of 230+ people on a mission to help people and businesses communicate better and fully express themselves. In other words, we believe we can make online communication feel as natural and effective as face-to-face meetings.
To make that happen, we work in small, independent teams on four different products (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, KnowledgeBase) and internal projects (Platform Core, Global Accounts, Developer Platform, or Marketplace).

– LiveChat Product Team – join our flagship project — chat widget — used by over 33,000 paid customers worldwide. Join one of the cross-functional autonomous teams working on a big-league product. You need 5+ years of experience in product design and excellent experience with Figma, MacOS, Jira
– ChatBot Team – one of our products, used by over 2,000 paid customers. It’s a platform that gives businesses around the world an extra pair of hands to answer customer questions 24/7. There are 7 people in this team already, and they’re looking for someone with solid experience working as a UX/UI designer.

Recruitment process
It’s time to fill out the application form and attach your CV. Here’s what happens next in our fully remote recruitment process:
Get yourself something to drink and let’s talk. Tell us about your professional experience, the results of your work, and your values. We’ll tell you a little bit about the company, products, and company culture. We’ll also talk about the money and your availability.
At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.
We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
