About the Role and Your Team

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner who will make LiveChat an (even more!) exciting place to work.

Your goal is to build and maintain a learning culture at LiveChat. You will empower our team to reach their full potential by continuously growing their skills and creating sustainable and structured development options.

You’ll also have an opportunity to implement new initiatives based on your idea with support from our CPO Aga, People Partners Team Lead Kamila, Recruitment Team Lead Aneta, and the whole People Team. 

 

Things you’ll do on a day-to-day basis

  • Assessing training and development needs through surveys/ interviews/focus groups and communication with managers.

  • Creating, organizing, planning, and presenting various onboarding, orientation, and skills training forms for employees.

  • Developing unique training programs to fulfill individuals’ specific needs to maintain or improve their craft and soft skills.

  • Creating training procedures, manuals, guides, and course materials.

  • Presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats, including group discussion, lectures, simulations, and videos.

  • Maintaining records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

  • Assessing training materials prepared by instructors.

  • Evaluating program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback

  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.

  • Preparing and implementing training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.

  • Performing other related duties as required.

 

About You

We are looking for a people enthusiast who will stand behind each employee’s success.

  • Have experience in building a learning culture in a growing organization (A product or SaaS company would be a big asset).

  • Know and implement L&D trends and modern tools.

  • Use your coaching competencies in practice and have a coach/mentor certificate. 

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Present ideas and plans in an accessible, thoughtful, and structured way. 

  • Are adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

  • Know how to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

  • Can design and implement effective training and development plans.

  • Can speak, write, and think in English and Polish.

Video call with your future team leaders

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team. Get familiar with our atmosphere, the workflow, and the people. All in all, we’ll help you make a well-informed decision.
