This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Lawyer, in the field of commercial contracting, to join a friendly and supportive Legal team. As our commercial contract advisor, you’d be responsible for providing advice and legal support in a fast-paced IT environment in matters related to business contracts, personal data compliance, new markets presence and many more.

Providing pragmatic, clear and commercially focused legal support to clients and teams within the company;
Reviewing, drafting, advising and negotiating contracts and creating standards of the company legal documents;
Taking responsibility for compliance with data protection regulations;
Keeping up with the IT law trends with a willingness to learn.
Postgraduate studies in a relevant scientific field;
Practical experience with contract clauses in the fields of the US and the EU laws and law business development;
Strong negotiation, drafting skills and strategic thinking;
Very good command of English (both written and spoken);
Motivation, commitment and positive attitude;
Ability for collaboration, teamwork and complete tasks to deadlines set;
Knowledge of SaaS business model is an attitude.
