About the Role and Your Team

We’re looking for an HR Analyst who will make LiveChat an (even more!) exciting place to work! Imagine that you know the answers to all people-related questions: How many new hires will become our highest performers? How to increase work satisfaction? What makes your employees tick? These insights are input for our strategic decisions and help us to test the effectiveness of HR processes and innovations. It’s not just reporting, your goal is to turn data into information and information into actions that change our day-to-day work.  

You’ll also have a huge opportunity to implement new initiatives based on your idea with support from our CPO Aga, HR Team Lead Kamila, Recruitment Team Lead Aneta, and the whole People Team. 

About You

You might be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • At least two years of work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role;

  • Excellent analytical skills confirmed by experience and completed projects;

  • Familiarity with HR operations including HR metrics, hiring, or compensation & benefits;

  • Good research abilities;

  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations;

  • Experience using HRIS system;

  • Ability to identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions, and recommending solutions;

  • Good knowledge of research tools, e.g. SurveyMonkey, or similar;

  • Knowledge of tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Jira. 

Things you’ll do on a day-to-day basis:

  • Identifying HR indicators that we should collect and which will help us actively support the business;

  • Gathering, reporting, and analyzing key HR and recruitment metrics; 

  • Supporting recruitment, performance management, and learning & development processes with deriving actionable insights;

  • Map out salary ranges for our open positions;

  • Collecting and analyzing internal surveys (e.g., Satisfaction Survey, Post-Trial Survey, Hiring Manager Satisfaction) and external surveys (e.g., Candidate Experience Survey);

  • Building a data-driven culture in the People Team, which translates into visible business benefits/optimization/advantages;

  • Assess results from our employee performance reviews;

  • Analyze/monitor the employee lifecycle – predict trends and make recommendations. Propose action which will keep employees engaged and satisfied.

Video call with your future team leaders

At this stage, we’ll test your craft to see the value you can bring to the company. The most important part? You’ll find out everything about the challenges in your role, and we’ll find out everything we need to know about your experience.

A remote practice run

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
