LiveChat is a fully remote SaaS product company. Our suite of products (four by now!) improves customer care and the online sales of over 34,000+ companies from 150 countries worldwide.
We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, who will join our growing Partner Program team. We’re running an industry-leading, in-house Partner Program, through which we build new sales channels for our products. We need your skills and expertise to discover strategic new business opportunities and turn them into profitable lead sources for the LiveChat suite.
The perfect candidate we’re looking for is an experienced and self-driven individual who has a great understanding of the affiliate marketing niche and is willing to use their analytical and communication skills to build fruitful business relationships with affiliate partners from all over the world.
Developing partner program strategy with regard to affiliates.
Defining both quick wins and long-term goals and objectives.
Recognizing and recommending necessary enhancements of LiveChat’s in-house Partner Application.
Working with the team on implementing them.
Building relationships with current affiliates. Discovering new opportunities and developing common initiatives that would give us a chance to scale the sales of our products through their channels. Identifying new active partners, potential opportunities to co-marketing, success stories, etc.
Gathering the feedback from Monitoring affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
Making sure affiliates are up to date on program and product enhancements.
Searching for and identifying new potential affiliate partners. Developing new channels of affiliate acquisition.
Working with the marketing team on preparing promotional assets to be used by affiliate partners as well as for Partner Program’s promotion.
Monitoring and documenting competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions
Proficiency in English.
Perfect communication and writing skills.
Drive to succeed.
A desire for tracking, measuring, and analyzing the partners’ performance.
Ability to work with data and draw legitimate conclusions on the basis of data.
Experience in affiliate marketing. Knowledge of SaaS affiliate marketing would be a plus.
The ability to be creative, accurate, self-disciplined, and resourceful.

We’ll give you a project to work on for a few hours. You’ll also meet the people that’ll give you tips, advice, and access to data and tools so you can feel like you’re already a part of the team.
